Quick question: What’s the first thing that goes through your mind when your membership or sponsorship renewal from your business association lands on your desk?
We hope that it’s, “Let’s get this paid right away. We get so many leads and new business out of this that re-upping is a no-brainer!”
Sadly, though, that’s probably not your reaction. LEARN MORE ---->

An event like Small Business Festival doesn’t come together without someone at the helm who knows all the players and can bring them all together. Momentum made the process so simple, knew exactly who to reach out to, and seamlessly made the first SBF Buffalo a huge success. What an AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

I tell this story all the time… When I do AI trainings at conferences, and stick around for the rest of the program, I get the same joke over and over. We’ll be in a meeting, and someone will say, “We need to do X, Y and Z.” Without fail, someone next to me will slap my arm and say, “We should see if AI can do that.” To which I smile and nod politely.
Tonawanda, NY (Sept 4) – What do you do when you embrace AI to make life easier but find yourself training, speaking, and programming all over the place? You launch an AI company! Craig Turner, the visionary behind Momentum – The Business Growth Agency, is thrilled to announce the official launch of Momentum AI, the latest venture dedicated to harnessing the power of artificial intelligence to transform how organizations and businesses operate.
Here’s a quick secret on how to get the most out of your chamber of commerce or business association membership:
Shhhh. Don’t read it out loud. Someone might hear.
Here it is: Tell them what you need.
Revolutionary, isn’t it?
“I use AI all the time.”
I hear this almost everywhere I go.
Anytime people hear that I use AI incessantly, and even teach it to chambers of commerce and their members, that’s what they tell me.
“It’s a lifesaver.”
“Saves me so much time.”
“It’s changed everything for me.”
At first, I would smile, nod and agree.
But now, I push it.
“What does that mean, you use it all the time?”
I’ve finally thought of a great metaphor to demonstrate exactly where Momentum’s work fits into the sales process.
The concept for this blog came to me around the Holidays, and I’ve been chipping away at it, waiting for the right moment to post.
I’ve been thinking more and more about the use of ChatGPT as a competitive advantage for small businesses.
… And not using it as a competitive disadvantage.
A significant principle that I, and other ChatGPT trainers out there, are focused on is that AI is a tool you can use for productivity, freeing up time for higher-level activities.
It stands to reason that if we both have a project in front of us – say, drafting of LinkedIn posts for the week – and you have a tool that gets it done for you in 60 seconds while I take an hour to do it… You have an advantage.
